Here is my Dutch barge for sale. The boat was built in the early 1900's and bought over to the UK last year from Holland. Its had a hull survey last may and has 5mm all round with any welding work needed carried out and the survey report to show. My plan was to renovate the whole boat but i have run out of time as I have a new family member arriving. I've got as far as treating with vactan and painting the whole boat internally and externally. Insulating the whole boat with spray foam. Electrics have been fitted through out with 240v via 2 x 240w flat solar panel, solar charger and Victron inverter with 2 x 125Ah leisure batteries. all floors have been boarded with 18mm marine play and most walls have been clad or boarded. All new windows have been fitted with new seals. The engine has had a full service, cleaned and painted. I have parts that haven't been fitted yet which will be included in the sale. These are, Rinnai 11l lpg water heater, whale fresh water pump and pressure vessel set up. Bilge pump and shower pump. shower tray.
