Hillyard 8 Ton built 1965, wooden construction of carvel mahogany planking on oak frames, rounded bow with canoe stern and aft cockpit. Long keel with cast iron ballast, hard chine. Bermudan sloop rig with wooden mast and boom. This boat underwent and extensive refit in 2010-11, hull repaint, recaulk, new cabin roof canvas, deck repaint, new cockpit floor, new cabin floor, engine fully serviced, new cabin upholstery, new cockpit and mainsail cover, new all over cover(2012). Ashore at our yard in Bangor, North Wales.
