About this houseboat
James is a 2014 70ft trad style narrowboat for sale with an enlarged rear hatch which makes the stern akin to a semi-trad style boat.
Supplied as a sailaway by Aintree Boats and fitted by Holloway Joinery to create a boat that feels modern inside and out whilst employing rustic finishes that really catch the eye.
The interior is predominantly oak and pitch pine; the cabin sides painted and in places decorated with sign art. The floor, a rustic pitch pine which looks to be reclaimed timber.
Not to be mistaken for a sparce self-fit-out, James has 3kw combi inverter system diesel central heating, a Shoreline fridge and a Shoreline freezer too.
This comfy 70ft trad is powered by a Beta 43 Hp engine which is fitted with a hospital silencer and a water-lubricated stern tube.
A great boat for living aboard in comfort, with ample space for a couple to enjoy life afloat…
