This is one of those dream boats that seems to tick all the boxes at once!

From her initial build, from the legendary Lochin marque, through to her current condition, she seems to have been incredibly well maintained and no expense has been spared in her upkeep.

A lot of her seems in as-new condition to me - her interior is an absolute delight and her engineering looks great too - her owner is still investing in her and has just had a brilliant Raymarine Axiom navigation suite fitted.

With her lovely, open and spacious accommodation, she could be equally suited to being a family cruiser or a commercial fishing boat - I think there's huge investment potential for her for charter fishing, if she's coded.
