The boat is an amateur construction from 1980 made by a professional in Normandy. 

We’re the fourth owners. We had the boat for one year now and sailed her for 8 months in Northern Europe (Brittany, England, Scotland, Ireland) to Canarias.

We arrived at the beginning of December in the Canarias and decided to change personal project. We’ve made a complete refit last winter. Both of us are professional sailor/skipper and took great care of her.

The boat is currently in Marina la Palma de Santa Cruz. It is possible to let the boat yearly there.

She is really great to sail, very safe and easy, and quite fast for a heavy boat. We easily go to 6,5 knts.

Sails - New: Main (2024) Genoa (2024) Misaine (old but still in good shape, revision in 2024), 1 trinquette (good, révision in 2024), 1 storm sail (good, révision in 2024)

Rigging: Checked by a professional rigger in 2024 - shrouds tension adjusted and feedback : the rigging is in excellent state and everything is oversized.

Safety equipment: All revisions and equipment up to date and complete according to regulation for ocean crossings. (EPIRB, life raft for 8 persons, flares, complète pharmacy, etc)

Batteries - New: (2023) 2* Deep Discharge Gel Batteries, and one AGR for the engine.

Autopilot: Com Nav (excellent condition - type used on fishing boat)

Electronics:

Depth meter: Shows great level of details (excellent condition - type used on fishing boat - ideal for divers)

Very large saloon with a table which can turn into a large bunk.

Galley in excellent shape with oven working excellent. As fast and strong as a house one.

As she has been a liveaboard for the last year, we took great care of the interior, the woods are in good shape.

The isolation is great.

Some small aesthetic work could be done to improve her. 

Hatches: 

Very large hatches. Some plexi has been changed in 2023/2024. 

All in good conditions. 2 out of 3 can’t be opened.

Hull: 

In excellent conditions - no outside rust. Double checked with a maritime expert once bought and she is perfect.

Semi long keel.

Antifouling done in October 2024, anodes changed.

Paint job could be redone for aesthetics but not needed otherwise the paint is of excellent quality.

Inside rust was minimal and we treated it.

Water : Stainless Steel tanks - 150 liters and 120 liters

Water maker : To be revised. High pressure pump to be changed. 

Fuel tanks: 120l + 150 + 150 liters

Dinghys : 2 dinghies - 1 for 6 persons, 1 for 4 persons, 1 kayak.

One outboard engine - 4 hp - very recently bought at the mecanics shop - good condition.

Great deal of spares parts for both the engine and the deck.

She is ready to sail, and we can help with the handover.
