Currently located in Gran Canaria in a permanent berth which is around 140€ a month including water and electricity. There is also a possibility of buying a permanent and private use mooring boy just outside Rubicon Marina 500€. She has been taken out of the water every two years, and out into the bay, with light sailing a few times a year (as I am located overseas). Her maintenance is in very good order with a short list to make her ocean worthy. She has sailed me across the Atlantic 3 times, and 6 seasons in the Mediterranean, the previous owner also crossed the Atlantic 3 times.

Her name is Aries, and she's British flag, but easy to transfer and cancel British registry. She can do 4 knots fully laden with around the world gear (she weighed 7 tonnes on the second Atlantic) but can average 5 when she's light with top speeds at 6.5/7.

As she’s a wooden vessel she requires a special touch for care, and would benefit from permanent live aboard, but not a necessity. If you treat her with love she will take care of you and will make a perfect home for a young family.
